Matthew recently completed a journalism fellowship with theater outlet Stage Raw after reporting and editing multimedia and print content for UCLA’s The Daily Bruin, an organization he joined during his freshman year. His interest in the performing arts as an instrument for social change led him to become a Media/Marketing Director for Color Box Production Company, Communications/Archival Intern with Skylight Theatre Company, and an undergraduate seminar facilitator on the topic of Documentary Theater through UCLA. Outside of the Musical Theater program, Matthew has fallen in love with studying puppetry and commedia dell’arte. As an artist with many interests, he will graduate from UCLA with minors in Digital Humanities and Professional Writing.
